Q 1 : 210, Q 3 : 615, midqaurtile: 2412.5, midrange: 642.5, mode: none. d. According to the data, less than 75% of people are utilizing their cell phone plan because they are using less minutes than what their plan allows. 1) What population (or populations) is (are) sampled? a) Cell phone users 2) What value is expected of the sampled data? a) 642.5 3) What value is expected in general? a) 422 ±152.72 4) What assumptions did you have to make to answer the last question? a) That the sample was randomly selected and representative of the population (n>10%N). 5) What are high values? a) 690, 830, 1180. 6) What are the low values? a) 180, 135, 105. 7) Why, including your basis of comparison? a) Since there were no outliers according to the 3s rule or the upper and lower fence rule, I said that the high values were above Q 3 and the low values were below Q 1 . 8)
