1. What is Archimedes’ Principle? How is it related to the concept of hydrostatic pressure? -When an object is immersed in water, it feels lighter. In a cylinder filled with water, the action of inserting a mass in the liquid causes it to displace upward and the principle is defined as an object is immersed in a fluid is buoyed up by a force equal to the weight of the fluid displaced by the object. It is related to the concept of hydrostatic pressure because it is linked with buoyancy and Archimedes principle deals with floating objects. 2.Identify the composition of the unknown objects based on their densities.
