Brady Hunsaker Professor Garrett Health 1100 January 23, 2010 Stress We all experience stress in our lives. Some have a lot of stress and others only have a little. We, as college students, are among the group that has a lot of stress. We usually work, trying to create an income to support our self throughout the year. We try to find a way to pay for school or worry about a way we are going to pay it back. We try to juggle family life and relationships along side with homework and class schedules. Then at the end of the day we wonder why the house is a mess, why the dishes from yesterday are still in the sink. We look in the mirror and see messy hair and bags under our eyes. Who is this person looking back at me and why do they look so beat up? The only thing on their mind is sleep, a way to get away from it all. Well, this person is you, it’s me, and it’s the person sitting next to you. Stress is what is beating us up, but there are ways to help avoid it. I chose to write about stress because I figured that it was the one thing that we all would have
