To: The HuMANNAtarians CC: Dr. Maxwell, David Nadle From: Jason Lau Date: 4/5/12 Re: Analysis of Your Team Case Study Claim: Due to an inability to make compromises, a lack of foresight, and an absence of equal representation, your team, the HuMANNAtarians, are encountering difficulties in making decisions and reaching a consensus, thereby hindering the progress of the group as a whole. Causes and Evidence: 1. There is a clear lack of agreement among the members of the group. The main issue specifically in this case study centers around whether or not to rank the Lea Community School project within the top three. This failure to make compromise is seen in parts such as when “no matter the argument, Pallavi, Matt, Heirl, Cameron, and Shelina are still adamantly against putting Lea in the top three.” This faction within the group is not willing to accept compromise, as with the opposing faction.
