The sample was spun in a centrifuge for 10 minutes. After the removal of the supernatant, the cell pellet was mixed with 500mL of 10% Chelex suspension. The cell sample was mixed and boiled in water for 10 minutes. Cooled in ice for 2 minutes, the cell sample was spun in a microcentrifuge for 30 seconds.
