External and internal o External Variables General:(soc, enviro, econ, gov, tech, demographical) Industry: (power of suppliers/buyers, threat of substitutes/new entrants, rivalry) Competitors: (competitive advantage) o Internal Environment Core competencies Capabilities Resources: tangible and intangible Intangible is better because it can create a sustainable competitive advantage. o
