This year has been challenging worldwide. We have managed to achieve the stringent targets set for our team by the management, while being able to effectively support the business in the recovery that they have shown in the past year. Many thanks for this. Related to our customer service department. This department needs to be proactive by addressing our performance and creating a superior team that fulfills business expectations. However, there have been increase in customer related issues and complaints of late which must be addressed with top priority for us to be able to achieve our goals. Given that we are a service orientated company, ensuring a happy customer is our top mandate, and we need to analyze and address these issues at the earliest. These issues are contrary to the company policies and procedures with regards to interacting with customers. Some of the major issues which are
