ANSWER: In this scenario, if our prices were actually higher than that of the competition, I would tell the customer that “Yes I agree” the prices of our toys are slightly higher than that of the competition. However, durability of our toys are 30% greater than that of our competitors and our manufacture offers 100% replacement cost coverage on parts and labor. For instance, I would say, Lots of business owners we sell to felt the same way you did until they purchased our toys and saw the durability of them and the increase in sales.
