Define health and wellness. Figure 1.1 on p. 4 illustrates the dimensions of health and the wellness continuum. What are some of the most important elements of health and wellness? Explain your response. health is the ever-changing process of getting to ones individual potential in the physical, social, emotional, mental, spiritual, and environmental dimensions. wellness on the other hand is the achievement of the highest level of health possible in each of several dimensions. the most inportant elements of health and wellness are health. If all aspects of your life are healthy then you will be healthy too. A personal should not only be physically healthy, they should also be intellectual, emotional, enviromental, spirtual, and social healthy. If a person is healthy in all of these areas then they will be healthy and happy in life.

The video shows that having a postive midset can help someone overcome life's challenge by staying postive. if you are postive then you have something to look forward to. In my own personal experiance i feel that staying postive has help me to grow and to learn more about me. I feel like if I'm not postived then everything i go threw will be for nothing. I always feel like it couldve worst, but its not. My doctors always laugh when they ask 'Do you take any rec drugs' and i tell them 'Don't you think you prescribe enough leagal drugs to me. We always get a good laugh when 'the walking science experiment' comes in for a visit! Some people might say i smile for nothing, but to mean i do it because i have every right and reason to do so....
