The three day period diet analysis was started Sunday, February 26, 2012. I have been keeping a log of what physical activity from the three day period. According to Mypyramid the first day was the lowest calories burned day with 457 calories. The second day jumped to 987 calories and this is because of realizing that household activities and even holding a baby is a part of physical activity. Then the last day was the best of all three days with 1065 calories. After doing this 3 day diet and analysis of my overall physical activities, an average

When it comes to me personally with physical activities are when I am working and outdoor activities, like camping, hunting, and family cookouts, working, going to college and incorporating P90x in 6 out of 7 days of the week. Working retail helps with my cardio generally with walking and bending. These are all activities that can be performed year-around and they don’t need a gym....
