On the food guide pyramid shows that my milk intake was 0%, meat and beans intake was 48.8%, vegetables intake was 1%, fruits intake was 0%, and gains intake was 0%. For day 2 milk intake was 0%, meat and beans intake was 48%, vegetables intake was 1%, fruits intake was 0%, and grains intake was 0%. For day 3 milk intake was 0%, meat and beans intake was 48.8%, vegetables intake was 0%, fruits intake was 0%, and grains intake was 0%. So I know I have to work harder to develop and maintain a new diet and the food intake that were recommended to me. Since my servings were less than recommended, I need to consume more of the items I did not eat throughout the three days, such as fruits, vegetables, grains, by adding more to my intakes. I need to add more fruits and vegetables to my nutrient-rich foods because that is what I am lacking a lot in my diet, I could lose some weight by consuming 500 fewer calories less a day and could lose about I pound per week, and my physical activity needs improvement.
