The company The main strength of Modern Speakeasy the different types of themes and games we will offer to our guests. This is a strong strength because if people are new to going out at night to a bar they will not be pressured to drink, they can go for the activities and still have fun with their friends. The fun game environment will attract more people because there is an activity to do at the club rather than just dancing and talking to people. For marketing success, we plan on having a Facebook group to announce drink specials and to update people on the new themes and events we will be hosting at the Modern Speakeasy. By having a Facebook group, we can connect to our target market because younger people constantly check Facebook to interact with friends and its and affective way to get the word out about our new bar. Customer Analysis The main customers of Modern Speakeasy will be young college students to young adults. The amount of income, this target group earns will very but will be lower end due to school loans and less experience in the work force. Young adults that attend bars enjoy staying
