5. Speaker needs to have a strong sense of ethical responsibility because you don’t  want to give people false information. 6. The guidelines for ethical speaking are: Make sure your goals are ethically sound Be fully prepared for each speech Be honest in what you say Avoid name-calling and other forms of abusive language Put ethical principles into practice 7.  Global plagiarism:  Stealing an entire speech entirely from another     source.      Patchwork Plagiarism:  Stealing idea or language from two or more     sources and passing them off as ones own.      Incremental Plagiarism:  Failing to give credit for particular parts of      speech     that are barrowed from other people. 8. Ethical listening: Be courteous and attentive Avoid prejudging the speakers
