He has been seen by another physician who ruled out an organic cause. His lab tests and including imaging of the head were all normal. The son alleges that he demonstrates abnormal behavior and thoughts over the past 24 months. He also alleges that his father’s personality began to change a few years back when he lost interest in church and becamecritical of everyone. The things he used to take serious from became ridiculous and funny. He had started to forget things and found it hard to find the right words in conversations where he would divert to another topic.On subjective assessment, he seemed pleasant and enjoyed making conversation. There was some confabulation when testing his memory. He scored 18/30 in a mini-mental state exam
