Unit Description This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to create systems and process to organise information and prioritise tasks. It applies to individuals working in managerial positions who have excellent organisational skills. The work ethic of individuals in this role has a significant impact on the work culture and patterns of behaviour of others as managers at this level are role models in their work environment. Instructions to the Assessor: Predetermine the timeframe for the assessment and advise the student This assessment is to be conducted in a supervised classroom environment. Notes, textbooks and computers may be used. The student must complete his/ her own work without assistance from other persons The student must answer each of the questions The student's answers must align with AQF level 5 according to the Australian Qualification Framework 2015 Each aspect of the assessment tasks must be assessed as satisfactory in order for the student to achieve a satisfactory result The student will be given the opportunity to be assessed as satisfactory Assessors are encouraged to provide feedback and coaching, if required with a view to assisting the student to achieve competency Complete the assessment sign off sheet with the student A student found to have plagiarised material will be instantly graded Not Yet Competent (NYC) and may be subject to one or all of the following: Referral of the matter to the Academic Coordinator for: an intervention meeting, issuing of written warning, clarification regarding assessment re-submission requirements and allocation of additional assessment tasks. Referral of the matter to the Director for: official disciplinary action by Frontier Education and/or suspension from the course.
