For growth to be there, the first thing should be penetration into the market. Various methods of promoting the business can be put in place to inform people about the existence of their services and the benefit that customers will have using their services over the others. These methods depend on whether the company is new to the market or existed in the market. In Airbnb, the business has been there in the market and has competed favorably with its competitors (Prideaux et al., 2006) . The services offered by Airbnb must be diversified, which means changing their assets and ensure their designs compete favorably with the competitors. Information technology has been improving, and this business should ensure that they move according to the pace in which technology is advancing. Nowadays, people seek accommodations not only to give them a safer place to rest but also a place where there are computer systems and Wi-Fi where they can continue doing their businesses. A company should also be having some unique features which the customers will enjoy, giving them a reason to choose your services over the others ( Improving tourism and hospitality services , 2004) . Ethical treatment of customers Airbnb can ensure ethics to its customers through hospitality and honesty. By giving customers' services based on the adverts.
