These activities require the use of human, material, and financial resources. An organization must be able to obtain the necessary input resources (i.e., employees, materials/supplies, capital, etc.) from its environment and efficiently transform the resources to outputs (i.e., goals).” (Borkowski, 2016) What is Organizational Behavior? “ Organizational behavior (OB) is the study of individual and group dynamics within an organizational setting.
