This makes it one of Munich's oldestindependent restaurants. This fast-food restaurant has identified itself among loyal consumersas a classic American dinner that sells freshly made burgers, french fries, and milkshakes.This restaurant has approximately 30 employees. Out of the 30 employees, ten work full-time. This means they work almost 32 to 42 hours a week. The remaining 20 employees workpart-time from 12 to 28 hours a week. Employees have undergone training so that they workat their specific designated work stations. Erik Morgenstern, the owner of the fast-foodrestaurant, is the manager and also works in the restaurant as a chef, but most of the time, hesupervises. Being only a single shop, the manager solely manages the businesses. He takescare of sales, marketing, relationships, and human sales. The fast-food restaurant is normallyopen on seven days of the week. During the weekdays, the restaurant is open from 8 am tomidnight; however, during the weekends, the restaurant would only open in the eveningsfrom 6 pm to midnight. The restaurant has a maximum capacity of 30, with 20 seats on theinside and tenten seats outside. During the weekdays, the restaurant receives an approximateof 70% reservation during lunch hours and 80% reservations in the evening. The weekendevenings are the busiest days with an approximate of 90% reservations being made in theevenings hours. Most customers of this restaurant are the middle-aged and other loyalconsumers residing within the area or those passing through the town as it is located along thebusiest road of Munich.The challenges that have arisen as a result of an influx of competitors into the market,inability to provide delivery services and lack of investment in social media advertising haveresulted in decreased sales.
