Activity EntriesI would like to gain two pounds over the course of this class. Overall long term I would like to reach a weight of around 130 to 140 pounds. I plan on doing our weekly class work outs and outside of class doing cardio work with some accessory work on top of the cardio. I plan to work out with a low to medium intensity for between thirty minutes and an hour.
