2(e) Mr. and Mrs. Rich now intend to transfer a half of the land to Yamato Digimon, an Japanese citizen,
to jointly develop the land into an industrial estate.
Section 214 of the National Land Code (NLC) gives the meaning to powers of transfer whichi the section
stated that there’s transfer that is capable under this act which is land that can be capable of transfer is
whole, but not a part only, of any alienated land. Second, the whole of the land can be transfer but not a
part only, of any undivided share in alienated land. Section 214 of the National Land Code (NLC) stated
that any lease of alienated land and any charge and any tenancy exempt from registration.
Under this section also the power under the land which capable of transfer must be uses under any case
subject to which any prohibition or limitation imposed by this act or any other written law for the time
being in force. Also in relation to leases, charges and tenancies exempt from registration, the provisions
thereof, express or implied.
Section 214 of the National Land Code (NLC) also stated for transfer of powers
that no lease or charge
needed to be transferred to other person other than the trustees or representatives.
