They currently have 15 stores and all the stores are managed and coordinatedby the head office staffs, which is located in the Milton.Houzit store cover the different locations such as a commercial, suburban neighbourhood or urban retail dis-trict.Size of the stores around 1000 to 1500 m2. As well as they have 15 to 20 full time and some casual em-ployees.Houzit mainly focuses on Quality of products, uniqueness of product and selection of products. However itis affect to the overall sales of the organisation. This plan is mainly focus on the different aspects which af-fect the Houzit market position according to their strengths and weaknesses.SWOT Analysis for HouzitStrength•There are number of loyal customer so they help to Houzit to increase their sales.•Houzit have highly skilled and knowledgeable staff about homewares so it is productive for the or-ganisation.•Houzit providing their customers long term and short term payment option so customer attract to buythe stuff.•Houzit offered different verities of products as well as good quality of product in compare to theircompetitors, so that help them to increase their sales and reputation among people.Weakness•Houzit does not have enough budgets to develop brand awareness because of the lack of capitalamount and store cover.•There are environmental issue related to waste management and electricity usage which organisationneeds to sort out.•Houzit struggling to get the money from their customers of the products.Opportunities•Company have opportunity to expand their business by the using various marketing strategy such associal media, internet, newspaper, leaflets, pamphlet etc.
