Its mission is to "be the leading healthcare organization serving our larger community by providing quality in clinical care as well as education, patient safety, services and clinical research" (Höög et al., 2016). This will help NYP to deliver optimal health services to the clients and provide quality health standard that will result in the best outcome for the patients. By merging quality healthcare, education, and research, NYP will remain an essential health organization. The institution's values, mission, culture, strategic directions, and vision will be discussed. This assessment will be carried out with the assistance of a SWOT analysis, balanced scorecard, and other strategies capable of filling the gaps formulated.
