What have you been reading, watching, listening to, playing, cooking, etc. while we’ve been off? Give at least one recommendation for your classmates to try out!Part I: Your eLearning PlanAs we wind down the second week of school closure and realize that we have at least three more weeks to go, the excitement of missing some school, eating snacks any time we want, and wearing PJs and watching Netflix all day might be wearing off to reveal other emotions ranging from boredom to stress to worry and more. Research shows that sticking to a routine, especially in crazy times like these, can be beneficial to our mental health. There aren’t any bells to hold you to a daily schedule, so now YOU are now responsible for making your own schedule and sticking to it—much like you would be in college, career, and adult life in general.
