This commercial is about a family who is at their home dealing with lack of internet service over a short period of time. Unlike a direct ad that highlights a specific product and its benefits, this ad is sending a message about how their product is important. The ad portrays the difficulty of not having access to Internet. The commercial shows a family as times goes on slowly becoming uneasy deal with the hardships of being in a home without internet. AT&T provides many services including phones services, cable television and they also offer physical electronic products. These include phones, tablets and other electronic accessories. You will often find AT&T is competing with companies such as T-Mobile and Verizon for phone services. But as far as internet and cable television it depends on the local provider. A good example of some of their major competitors for internet are companies such as Time Warner and Xfinity. AT&T is a major and successful competitor in the United States when it comes to internet service. This is due to that fact that their internet service is provided widely throughout the United States and is hardly without lack of service. And hardly are customers left without their internet connection.
