LAB5 OSMOSISLABWORKSHEET/ASSIGNMENTIn this module, we explore the concept of osmosis you will review the effects of pressure, temperature,concentration and semi-permeable membranes. This lab reinforces concepts about osmosis and diffusion. This labwill let you visualize and experiment with molecules moving inside a cell and across the cell's membrane. We willexplore the mechanisms of osmosis and osmotic pressure and what is meant by "dynamic equilibrium".Ultimately,you will be challenged to compose an intravenous fluid that will not cause red blood cells to explode.This will be the last component of the lab. This lab is composed of 4 exercises. I recommend that you start fromthe beginning and work through it.For this lab-handout, you will follow the OsmosisWorkbook Lab. The lab will walk you through the steps of thesimulation and the accompanying questions. These questions support the simulation itself. Questions you mustanswer, are numbered and highlighted in redwhereasall answers will be in blue. Please pay careful attention tothis information as you will need to do this at the same time as the simulation otherwise things will not makesense. Make sure to read all the instructions carefully. Use as much space as you need to completely answer thequestions. Please answer your questions beside the text ANSWER: without changing the font colour/theme.Whenyou finish the simulation and this worksheet, save it as a PDF and submit it through the assignment link for thismodule.The file should be named LASTNAME_STUDENT#_OSMOSIS.GRADINGYou will be graded for this lab activity in two ways:1.Completing all the simulation parts and answering graded questions (1%). At the end of thesimulationthere are 10 graded questions they will be marked out of 10 marks, with one point for eachcorrect answer (mark /10).2.Completing the questions below in the lab (3%). As you work through the simulation, answer thequestions asked below.
