Most of the organizations are not able to involve all the employees when making decisions. Few employees are selected to represent the entire employees which might be a challenge since employees have different views, interests, and attitudes towards the organization. This problem has led to low morale among the employees leading to low productivity. The employees are not involved in making decisions concerning their departments. One way of solving this problem is to use the right survey in engaging the employees. The organization should ensure that the survey used is relevant and the employees are comfortable using it while giving out their views concerning a particular problem. The data collected from the employees should also prove to influence key performance metrics(Zoghi & Mohr, 2011). The organization should also focus on departmental levels.
