Nowadays,watching TV is one of the most common ways of entertainment for us.As adults,parents do have the ability to rationally arrange their time schedule,while children almost have no self-control,and thus parents are always entangled with how to arrange the time spent on TV programs for their child.Despite various responses people may have on this issue,I,given the chance,prefer to endorse limiting the hours.Reasons are presented below.
