Consent: Permission for something to happen or an agreement to do something. Also known as voidable contract. Voidable contract is a formal agreement between two parties that may be rendered unenforceable for a number of legal reasons. Reasons that can make a contract voidable include the following, Failure by one or both parties to undisclosed a material fact. There are five types of consent. 1) Coercion. 2) Undue influence. 3) Fraud. 4) Misrepresentation. 5) Mistake.
Coercion: Forcing somebody to enter into a contract against his will. The action of persuading someone to do something by using force or threats.
