The armed confliction in Lexington and Concord in April 1775 is a milestone thatmarked the beginning of this revolution. Using this skirmishes’ context, Johnny Tremain is aninteresting film based on a historically fictional book by Esther Forbes. To some degree, JohnnyTremain truly reflects the American Revolution’s realities, especially the rigors of war on youngpeople, the broad influence of the revolution on American society, and Americans’ spirit ofsolidarity.
