For Chapman Auto parts being a first-time company entering South Korea they will be facing many challenges. The purpose of this summary is to inform current labor practices and any advantages or disadvantages Chapman Auto parts could face when moving forward with the business in this State. In this summary there is also will be information about South Koreas legal concerns and labor costs. In the late 80’s and early 90’s South Korea transitioned to democracy, so it is labor forces and employment laws are still developing and they are different from many others in the United States (Hyun,2014). Government adjustments in South Korea are strict specially in terms of labor market.
