In the report I will deeply analyse all the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats the company has been facing in the industry as well as the expectations, strategies – marketing and commercial – and objectives for the present, near future and in 5 years ahead. Therefore, I will also highlight the worst barriers, competitors, implications and problems the company has and might have in the future specially in order to achieve its main objectives as well as highlighting the new possibilities and opportunities and necessary changes it might need as my recommendations. Within an impeccable team of master chocolatiers from the most prestigious confectionary schools around the entire world, the youngest gourmet chocolate manufacturer in Australia is looking for innovation and enterprise. Speaking of each, Cocoa Delights is the first company in the country to process more than ten different types of cacao as its finest quality beans. Therefore, the company also offer exclusive handmade, partly handmade and machine-made premium chocolate products. Within the premium range of cacao, the company gives dark chocolate connoisseurs the choice of 70-90% cacao content and embraces the dairy intolerants, vegans, organic eaters, low G.I. diets into their consumers. The vision for the future is quite clear for the company. We want to deliver the absolutely highest quality of Australia chocolate available in the market, blending the locally sourced “extras” as sugar, nuts, fruits, dairy with imported premium cacao. As health is also one of our values, we will invest on the health benefits of dark chocolate combined with its rich flavour and varieties. Therefore, we also will capitalise on the public that might have specific dietary requirements and preferences as we want to achieve the higher number of consumers in the national marketplace.
