We are an environmentally friendly company designed to make delicious organic cachaça and share it worldwide. This report has been done by NovoFogo’s general manager, which its main purpose is to show the powerful opportunities and possibilities this business has in Sydney, Australia for a future import-export partnership. 2.Brazilian Product – Cachaça (ka-SHA-saa) As Mexico has tequila, Scotland has scotch, America has bourbon, Russia has vodka and England has gin, Brazil has cachaça. Cachaça is a distilled spirit made from fermented which is a distilled spirit made exclusively from sugarcane juice.Cachaça can also be compared to a white rum made in Brazil with a more floral, grassy and herbaceous taste. At NovoFogo we offer a quite large range of our core Cachaças. From the silver, chameleon, barrel-aged to the precious single-barrels bottles.
