Operations Review2Event DescriptionThe 12 ¼” surface section was drilled to 1924’. The last stand of DP 5 7/8” was drilled from 1862’ to1924’ with the follow parameters; Q: 990 gpm, SPP: 2800 – 3300 gpm, WOB: 20Klb, RS: 40 rpm, TQ:10 Klb – ft. While drilling wasn´t observed pressure spikes, torque and PVT (Active Volume) wasstable.After drill to 1924’, circulated 2.5 min according connections procedure and move up from BHAcutting loads. Then, the stand was reamed with the same drilling parameters and PVT stable.Reaming time 8 mins. RIH speed 15 ft/min.(See screenshots in next slides).Note: Due to high ROP each 3 standsthe hole was reamed to mitigate any pack off event.At 03:00 am after connectingstand # 16 DP 5 7/8” turn on mud pumps increasing pump rate until990 gpm and SPP: 2900 psi detecting suddenly drop of the active system volumereporting fluidlosses of
