Company history: Founded in 2015, committed to developing the best taste to our customers. Participated in the fish and chips competition in March 2018 and won the champion of Queensland cup. Target customer: Our aim at people who like British classic delicatessen. Sale tactics: Environmental awareness is rising, our delicious food with trendy logos and biodegradable material packaging plus a good reputation, inevitably it will attract people’s high attention. Objectives and goals: In addition to promoting the brand concept, hoping to have a net profit of 60,000 AUD during the event.
Relationships with suppliers Suppliers not only provide us with the goods and services, GB needs to run the business - they can also be an important source of information, advice and trade credit. We look for the local suppliers which not only reduce the cost and time of transportation, but also promote local economic mobility. In addition to confirming the quality of the ingredients and the stability of the goods, the supplier will also advise us on what kind of fish is more suitable for the needs of our company. Here have some rules GB must to follow to maintain good relationships: Talk to our suppliers regularly. Pay GB’s suppliers' accounts promptly. Communicate with a supplier before the due date for payment, should you foresee a delay in paying an account. Build good relations with your current suppliers' representatives. Be fair but firm with industry sales representatives – they can easily take up a lot of your time.
