2Developing a Marketing MixThe appropriate marketing mix would be, “Strategy B,” for the new Italian and pizzachain. It provides its own unique strategies focused around value, which is, a clear and simplestatement to the consumer/customer of the value being offered by a company’s products orservices. That will be helpful in bringing in customer loyalty and strong branding; Strategy Bcalls for an overall-fun, inviting, upbeat, louder kind of restaurant, having staff that are outgoingand energetic an environment, with one of a kind atmosphere resembling that of a café in Italy.First and foremost, a marketing plan must be constructed.a new unique Italian and pizza chain,fun, café it is presenting a tad bit of it value proposition. Strategy B lays out the foot work for itsown marketing mix. The purpose of a marketing mix is a combination of different factors thatinfluences what follows the 4 P’s; product, price, place, and promotion. Creating a marketingplan is essential for any business. A marketing plan, identifies the marketing objectives andexplains how marketing activities will help an organization achieve its broader goals andobjectives.The most appropriate marketing strategy for a new chain of Italian and pizza restaurants would be'Strategy B'. This strategy involves the availability of a large dining area, create an exciting diningexperience, energetic and outgoing staff, and the ambiance of the restaurant should look like a caféin Italy. All these marketing strategies build an image of unique and specialized services provided bythe restaurant to its customers.1.2.The marketing mix used includes the 4 P’s: product, price, promotion, and place.a.Product: In the marketing mix the term ‘product ‘refers to the solution (answer) of whatthe customer wants and needs. What is the new name of the chain?Pizza will be thecenter of the new chain of Italian chain. Making sure they launch a phenomenal
3authentic product that has the true “Italian” taste will create a competitive edge for thenew restaurant. Also, the name of the chain should be catchy drawing attention.
