Study Guide Exam II Overview: The exam will cover material from Chapters 5, 6, and 8 in the textbook, as well as notes  and workbook material related to: Organizational Theory, Management, and Human Resource  Management.  This study guide will provide an overview of the material. Students are strongly urged  to use this as an outline for more in-depth study.  I.
