The following instructions gives you a step-by-step guide on how to copy the required OS
image from the first SSD drive to the second SSD drive and how to reboot the computer to the
deployed OS.
1. Power on the the computer. Do not touch the power buttons on the two monitors - they
are always switched on.
Then wait for at least 2 minutes until a a list OS images appears on one of the displays.
Be patient!
2. On the dsiplay with a list of OS images, select the OS whose name starts with
"ubuntu_18.04" and then click "Deploy OS" button on the bottom right. When a diaglog
appears, click "OK" button. This will copy the OS image from the first SSD drive to the
second SSD drive and boot to that OS. This step may take about 20-30 seconds to
complete. At the end of this step, Ubuntu Desktop screen appears on the horizontal
display.
