2“The American Factory”This documentary was directed by J. Reichert and S. Bognar. The video goes ahead to document the influence of Chinese companies on the America’s economy. (2019). When two different cultures are blended from other countries, the task is not that easy even if the culture of the countries have some similarities. However, for those employees coming from Dayton, Ohio and those moving in from China to work in the American factory, their culture could no longer clash. For Americans, jobs are not their passion, t is just a means through which they can support themselves and their families financially. To them, it is only work and not their whole life. Many people in America work comes second after their lives and other things that must be prioritized ahead (Sims, 2020).On the other hand, for Chinese workers, they take pride in their jobs and what they do. Jobs bring them honour, thus dedicating all of their time and energy to be efficient. Chinese workers are willing to sacrifice their time, safety and freedom from work because the job is a priority. The documentary, portrays the Chinese workers and management having superiority
