It is important to realize that people learn from their outside environments. And last but not least, one of Erikson’s great theories is his 8 stages of development. It is important to look at the success of each stage because that can be a vital key to the person’s overall success. According to Erikson, depending on how he person resolves each crisis will influence the success of the next developmental level. I think it is important for each teacher to be familiar with all of these theories in educational psychology. But I do not feel that it is necessary for them to be fully trained in each field before they enter a classroom. Each student will respond differently to each theories procedure, so the teacher should adjust their teaching methods each year....
