The section in Bordo’s essay supports her argument that the image of the male body has become more looked at and concerned by the men who are being presented. Klein’s images of the male body represent what many woman look for in a man. The young, athletic, and flexible men turn on the sexual fantasies of many woman and men. Both sexes would rather see someone who cares about the body, and not so much that they worry about taking an hour away from the gym....
