Unformatted text preview: On March 1, 2008, Jesse Auditorium brought in a huge crowd for the annual International Fashion Show put on by the MSA/GPC International Programming Committee. This group prepared a night of song, dance, and fashion from all around the world. MU's international community represented their culture and tradition through arts and fashion. The doors closed at 7pm and the show began. There were many groups that performed representing their culture from around the world but a few of my favorites were the China, India, and hip hop group. The first group from China did a performance and showed off their Asia China fashion. The outfits were very vibrant in color and were almost fully covered from head to toe. They have "56 ethnic groups with Han being the main one".They had two girls do a dance to represent the Han ethnic group. They were wearing a red shirt and pants outfit trimmed in gold sequence.
