Students should conduct inquiry investigations/experiments in science learning because it challenges critical thinking and data analysis. DeRosa and Abruscato (2019) stated, “Learning through inquiry means that students construct knowledge through the processes of asking questions, seeking evidence formulating explanations based on evidence, and justifying their explanations” (p. 38). Children will always ask questions and wonder about the world around them. Its essential to include inquiry investigations/experiments in science because it will allow students to expand on their knowledge and experiences. There are a variety of resources available to promote inquiry-based learning. One of my personal favorites is Pinterest. Pinterest allows you to search for educational content that will help keep lessons stimulating. It’s an app that’s very easy to access on a smartphone. I have used this app to find new inspirations for my teaching and things I will incorporate in my classroom. Another site I am familiar with
