"Fog" by Carl Sandburg In the 20’s it was really hard to predict the weather. With no technology like today people didn't know when the weather changes would happen. Sandburg gives the weather its own personality. Cities in that time were loud, dirty, and harsh, but a quiet foggy night while the city slept gave off an image of peace.
