Arely Soto Mr. E English 10/8/2020 Terminate Jurassic Jurassic Park is everything that could be what the future holds. You can clone animals, see dinosaurs, make the future possible in scientist hands. Or is it? Trying to clone extinct species is a very dangerous. But this novel proves many of the other reasons why this is a terrible idea. All to the fact that everything backfires for messing with Nature. In Jurassic Park, we see that people love having a sense of control. The characters wanted this theme park to work and wanted people to see and feel the real thing. For example, “Everywhere, extensive and elaborate planting emphasized the feeling that we’re entering a new world, a prehistoric tropical world, and leaving the normal world behind.”(pg.93, Crichton) In this quote, it seems like they do not understand the fact that there is still nature no matter what they want to plan for human entertainment and evades human control more. They want people to come into the theme park to not feel like it's an illusion but the real thing. But yet want to control the dinosaur’s natural habitat and instincts. Don’t get me wrong, seeing in person would be cool, but they lived in time completely different from ours. You cannot blame how everything went down and how the dinosaurs reacted to this. Especially the characters I don’t understand what outcome
