Most of the organizations successful in strategy implementation consider the human resource factor as very important in making strategies happen. Consideration of human resources requires management to think about communication needs. DISCUSSION HR department & Strategic Objectives: HR must expand beyond administrative function and focus on how it can support the organization in strategic planning and implementation. By increasing the competencies of HR personnel, the department will increase its credibility and be integrated into a strategic role. For that purpose, measuring itself from a business perspective and by the value it brings to an organization is the key for its elevation into the role of a strategic business partner. Once there is a clear understanding of how HR affects the bottom line from a business and/or strategic point of view, the role of HR function in the overall success of the organization will become clear. (Tasneen Hameed,2011) Strategic HRM includes: Strategies for organizational Leadership: Leaders and corporate executives play a pivotal role in achieving the goals of the organization. The selection and management of organization heads and executives is done by the HR department. Therefore, HRM plays a key role in aiding the business goals of the organization. Strategies for Talent Growth: Human capital talent is by far the most important asset of the organization. It is the job of the human resource management for retaining and recruiting the best talent. Continuous development and training of the employees is also a major duty of HRM.
