A SSEMBLE TRAP APPARATUS , PLACING 150 M L OF TAP WATER AND 10 M L OF 6 M N A OH SOLUTION IN ABSORPTION FLASK . 4. W ITH SUCTION ON , AD 10 M L OF 8M N ITRIC A CID TO ALLY SAMPLE AND ASSEMBLE ACCORDING TO F IGURE 2-1. I F NECESSARY HEAT REACTION TUBE GENTLY TO SPEED REACTION . N O MORE THAN 15 MINUTES SHOULD BE TAKEN TO DISSOLVE THE SAMPLE . B OIL GENTLY FOR 1 MINUTE TO EXPEL NITROGEN OXIDES ( GREEN TO BLUE ). 5. D ILUTE ALLOY SOLUTION TO 50 M L OF DI WATER . 6.
