He uses 6 test tubes with various amounts of the solutions. He then puts them into cuvettes, he puts them into the spectrovis plus which shines a light from a side to a detector and the light that makes it through gets detected and that amount of current will tell you how much lay is being absorbed and how much is transmitted which can be displayed on the screen. He then instructs to press censor, calibrate, calibarate my spectrophotometer, putting all the solutions in the spectrovis plus and to pick wave lengths to use most concentrated. All of this will show all different light absorbed. He then picked a wave length and when you do, it will set it for it to automatically be able to run. Click meter tab, Full
