He uses 6 test tubes with various amounts of thesolutions. He then puts them into cuvettes, he puts them into the spectrovis plus which shines alight from a side to a detector and the light that makes it through gets detected and that amountof current will tell you how much lay is being absorbed and how much is transmitted which canbe displayed on the screen. He then instructs to press censor, calibrate, calibarate myspectrophotometer, putting all the solutions in the spectrovis plus and to pick wave lengths touse most concentrated. All of this will show all different light absorbed. He then picked a wavelength and when you do, it will set it for it to automatically be able to run. Click meter tab, Full
