Page 328 (1-4) 1. How well was this customer call handled? Explain. I don’t think that the customer service call was handled that well. I feel as though I shouldn’t have explained that I just got in from lunch. I gave to much detail when only think I had to do was say I ran into a little problem and that was the reason I didn’t get back to her in time. 2. What should you have done differently? One thing that I could have done different was called the office and asked someone to check and see why the temp didn’t show and to give me a call back. Once I received the reason why I could have called Aretha back and let her know just what was going on. Even if they didn’t get an answer I could have stilled called her to give her and update so she wouldn’t have to wait. 3. Do you believe that Aretha was justified in how she treated you? Explain Aretha had the right to be mad, but the way she talked to me was just not justified. She was rude and somewhat disrespectful. It was a better way for her to express the fact that she was upset.
