2Case Study Review 2Abstract When every employee sets their goals, it helps play a part in developing an efficient organizational strategy for the company. Understanding the perspective Their goals must align with the organizational objectives and point of view within the company in order for them to be effective. Employees must understand that regardless of their status in an organization, their personal goals will assist the overall strategy of the organization. Their goals are directed towards increasing the company’s profitability and demonstrating an unbiased workplace for the employees. This displays the organization’s engagement towards creating a fair performance process that values the employees and encourages them to develop in the organization. There will be a discussion about how On-Ramps company changes their business practices to support the high performer in the organization. Research from the Scott text and peer reviewed articles will be used to address specific theories, personal perspectives, poor leadership, and concerns about the case study. There will be a review of the key roles and organizational issues to display the relationship between employee goals and the On-Ramp firm. Organizational alternatives will be incorporated into the conclusion, along with supportive information about the overall position in this case study.
3Case Study Review 2Key Roles and Organization Issues The on-Ramps firm case study displays the bias behavior towards high performing employees and the poor leadership in the organization. Amy Werner was valued as a high performing search associate in the small firm, and has become a valuable asset because she will be completing her master’s degree in May. The Key roles within the case study scenario are the semi-annual review process decision-makers and the partners of the organization. The major roles in the organization are determined by the founding partners through a weekly check-in review process that discusses the set goals of the company. The leadership team was willing to provide Amy with a flexible schedule and support her educational goals because she was a high performer.
