Sociocultural Environment: Observation Deck Business Observations There would be risks with heavy investments due to military and political unrest in the country, along with the entire region. Just over half the population is in the working age category (15-54) and can also read and write, which shows a strong and trainable labor force. A large portion of the population will also become working age (0-14) indicating future growth. Growth is inhibited due to over regulation restricting foreign investors. Discussions can become forceful and heated. Show respect but be firm as fighting is the way to work out problems and disagreements.
